We are hosting a book drive to collect books that will be shipped to Africa in the spring and placed in a library this summer. We are seeking new or gently used HARDCOVER books. Students will receive a treat for each hardcover book turned in before school in front of the library provided by RMS NJHS. If you have any questions about the drive, please contact Linda Kay at linda_kay@roundrockisd.org or 512-424-8440. All 7th and 8th grade students interested in competing on the track team will need to attend the first practice at 7:00am on Wednesday, February 19th . You must have a current physical on file and rank one online paperwork completed to be eligible to participate. Submit this paperwork to any of the athletic coaches. Please dress in proper athletics attire and footwear. Track meet information and schedules will be shared with students during the first practice week. It takes amazing parents and community volunteers to make it possible. Living WELL Aware Curriculum Presentations The Living WELL Aware Adolescent Wellness and Sexual Health®, formerly known as Worth the Wait, will be taught and presented during the following times: 6 th graders during their PE classes the week of April 20-24, 2020 Permission slips will be passed out approximately two weeks prior to the start date for each grade level. The permission slip MUST be returned whether your child is participating or not. We are an opt-in campus. If students fall below the 80% rate in a week, the student is assigned a Friday Night Lights community service for two hours.
